Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LingoChorus. The short version: it's an AI-assisted lesson composer, every pack is a draft for you to review, and you're responsible for checking a lesson before you teach it.

Draft — not yet in force. This is placeholder wording provided for review only. It has not been checked by a qualified lawyer and is not legally binding until a finalised version is published by AxixOS Operations Ltd. Everything in [square brackets] must be completed or verified before publication.

Effective date: [to be confirmed on publication] · Draft last written: July 2026 · Provider: AxixOS Operations Ltd (registered in Malta, company no. C 115851; Wardija Gardens, Alley in il Wardija Wardija Court, first building on left on Wardija Gardens, 6 Triq Tac Cawl, Qala QLA 1513, Malta).

1. Agreement

By using LingoChorus you agree to these terms with AxixOS Operations Ltd. If you use it on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

LingoChorus composes young-learner ESL lesson packs — plan, vocabulary, illustrated flashcards, an original song, four-skills practice and a quiz — from a short brief. It is a teaching aid; the outputs are drafts, not finished, verified materials.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and a teacher, educator or otherwise authorised user. Sign-in is by magic link to your email; keep your email account secure, as anyone with access to it can access your account. Children may not register. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service;
  • use it to generate unlawful, harmful, hateful or age-inappropriate content;
  • enter personal data about identifiable children beyond the class-level assessment the product is designed for;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, security or access controls.

5. AI-generated content — review before class

Packs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unoriginal. They are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every pack before classroom use, and for keeping the “AI-assisted” labelling. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, suitable for a particular class, or free of third-party rights.

6. Your content and licence

You keep your briefs and edits. You grant us the licence we need to process your inputs — including via our AI sub-processors — to provide the service. Subject to these terms and your plan, you may use the packs you generate for your own teaching, including commercial classroom use to the extent your plan allows. We do not claim ownership of the packs you generate. [The intellectual-property status of AI-generated output varies by jurisdiction and is to be confirmed with counsel.]

7. Plans, the free allowance and billing

The free plan includes one complete pack to try. Paid plans, prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page and billed through our payment processor. The product is currently in beta / waitlist. [Renewal, cancellation and refund terms to be confirmed.]

8. Our intellectual property

The LingoChorus platform, software, brand and the Cast characters and art are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don’t grant you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

9. Third-party services

The service depends on third parties (AI providers, hosting, payments). We are not responsible for their availability, and their terms may also apply to your use.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the [12] months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — to be confirmed with counsel]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or misuse. You can stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and disputes are subject to the courts of Malta. [Any consumer-law carve-outs to be confirmed with counsel.]
